Spectators should know that Teatro di San Carlo does not apply commissions, agency rights or additional costs on the ticket price (except rights of pre-sale shown on tickets or service costs mentioned through official informative materials). The Foundation repeats its non-involvement on “secondary ticketing” websites and rejects any responsibility for tickets sold by unofficial and non-authorized retailers.
