Raccontare la musica
Training project for teachers
The objective of this training course is to understand how to spread theatre today and, in particular, by what means, in what spirit, with what sense and by what signs it is addressed to the public.
Teaching to use the language and tools of theatre within the daily educative process.
The course is designed as an intensive training for teachers, as exchange and confrontation of experiences between musicologists and educators.
The project consists in presenting the world of music with its language, its syntax, its style and its expression in story form. The lessons will be stories in themselves concluded, whose protagonists are the composers present at San Carlo Theatre.
A history of music told in episodes, a series of events connected and inspired by the main theme of the communication of the theatrical product.
"Telling the Music", as part of the educational program of the Teatro di San Carlo, has several sections joined in a common goal to enhance the relationship between theatre, music, research and costume, by involving the teachers in order to fascinate and attract the youth universe.
